Kristine Farnum is originally from Southern California and is now a local, Hawaii resident. She began Phoenix Feathers Calligraphy as a message to begin again. The name Phoenix Feathers comes from a line of a poem that her husband wrote: “My only hope for flight is Phoenix Feathers”. The name is a reminder that we can begin again, to create without fear, and ultimately, to be free. The purpose of Phoenix Feathers Calligraphy is to create meaningful products that reflect the beauty that surrounds us.
